ABOUT OUR RUN FAST COACHING PROGRAMS

 

Have you got a burning desire to get a specific time, goals for an upcoming race, have been away from running and want to get back to where you were or do you want to improve a specific part of your running.

With proven success over distances from 5km up to the Marathon we can help you hit your goals and target weaknesses.

Structured and bespoke training plans of varying lengths and intensity.

1-2-1 sessions and Technique focused coaching.

Always on hand to support and answer any questions.

Most importantly we want to fit the running to you.

1 - 2 - 1

These sessions can be a one off or a regular commitment to help keep you on track and help you achieve your goals.

Half Marathon Plan

This can be a 12/16/20 week package, and will help you achieve your Half Marathon goals,

Endurance Base Block

This 4 week block is a good start to get you back into running after a lay off from the sport, or work on your weakness

Injury Return Block

This 4 week block is a good start to get you back into running after an injury.

5km/10km

 8/12/16 week bespoke training plan to will help you achieve your 5km or 10km goals.

Marathon Plan

The big one!  We offer a 16/20/24 week packages, all individually geared towards getting you over the finish line.

Sub-3 plan

  16/20/24 week packages, all individually geared towards getting you that that Sub 3 time.

Speed Block

This 4 week block is aimed specifically at improving a runners speed and implementing it in endurance events.
